im planning to take the bar 2011 ...im starting with a bird&#39;s eye view approach first with the latest jurisprudence in all subjects before i proceed to a full time readings of each bar subject ... i donno how to go about it..perhaps im just a bit nervous i need my confidence.

hi, a legal assistant job usually requires one to be a law graduate, barista or at least a 4th year law student. in my case, i graduated law last March 2008 but have yet to take the bar exam in 2009.

Oh thanks casualfridays! I recommend Dean Willard B. Riano's book in Civil Procedure (Rex Bookstore). It was what my professor in Remedial Law Review used last year. It's annotations have also been quoted by some judges. I browsed through it, it's really good, a very clear and well-organized book. He also authors reviewers in Criminal Procedure and Evidence.<BR/><BR/>Another excellent study
