New Look of the Blog Site and Changes in My Bar Exam Plans
I recently opened another blog, barops-philjuris.blogspot.com, as a more impersonal site where I could share all the cases I have digested and with links and compilation of Supreme Court cases I find relevant to law students and bar reviewees. I am still slowly starting to upload my case digests though, so please bear with the still sparse content there.
To those familiar with this blog, you may have already known about my plans to take the bar exam this year, September 2008. Well, after a two-month review of all eight Bar subjects, I have decided to hold out until 2009 my taking the exam. I assessed that I need more time, focus and preparation for this type of exam. Those years juggling work and law school left me with not enough solid legal knowledge and skills yet to become the lawyer I want to be. So now I quit my full-time job and decided to work as paralegal in a law firm even for a smaller compensation. Money is less important right now than being closer to my goal of becoming a lawyer--to practice law in a grand manner, that is.
